Dan Steiner – Dan Steiner
has been involved in professional aviation since 1978, beginning as a
Certified Flight Instructor and then working for several corporations as a
corporate pilot. From 1990 to 2006 Dan was employed with CTB, Inc.
as a corporate pilot and the Air Transportation Department manager for 10
years. Currently he is employed by Aircraft Charter Services as
Business Manager and Pilot. Dan graduated from Hesston College,
Hesston, KS with an Associate’s Degree in Aviation and from Goshen College
with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management. He is
type-rated in the Beechjet 400 and the IA-Jet (Westwind). Dan is a
Certified Flight Instructor with Instrument and Multi-engine Instructor
endorsements. He and his wife Cindy are the parents of two grown
children.

Roger Yoder – Roger Yoder
has always known that he would be a pilot. He has been living his
dream for 20 years as an Airline Captain for American Airlines. He
is currently flying the MD-80 series and has over 17,000 hours. He
also has experience in the Boeing 727 and DC-10. Previous to his
employment with American Airlines, Roger flew for Coachman Industries and
has flown in other settings in addition to being a Flight
Instructor. Roger graduated from Hesston College, Hesston, KS with
an Associate’s Degree in Aviation. He holds type-ratings in the
Cessna Citation series and the MD-80. Roger is a Certified Flight
Instructor with Instrument and Multi-engine Instructor endorsements.
He and his wife Rhonda are the parents of two grown children.
